I traded two B sires recently. Soldier Hollow and Workforce. Not impressed.

I do not want to mix - A x B x B x B to get 1 Horse as I can control DS and DDS to make a better fit

what would you do and why ?

Personally, I would always trade cards for sire shares as opposed to creating a random bred.  One reason would be what you mentioned.  You can tailor the DS/DDS to the sire you get.  Another is I'm a little wary of how the game doles out the DS and DDS on a random bred based on cards.

DS, and DDS especially... you can get top quality older (dead) sires for a pretty reasonable price.  No need to waste your cards, which have likely taken forever to build up, on those.

makes sense ...It takes so long to get this many high cards. I bred a B x B x B x B a few years back and the horse won 2 races and 40k in a 20 race career ... I will never do that again.
